Terms
Read any business for free. Confirm your own facts as their owner. The record says which.
These terms cover the use of welila.com, the open read API and the tools an assistant can call. Using the site means these terms apply.
Reading is open
Anyone, or any assistant acting for a person, may read a business over the site or the API without an account. Reads are rate-limited so the service stays available to everyone. A read carries the record id behind each fact, so a reader can check it.
Confirming a fact
Only the owner of a business, or someone the owner has authorised, confirms that business's facts. A confirmation is an act by that person, recorded with the time and who made it. Welila does not confirm a fact on a business's behalf.
What Welila does not promise
Welila records what the public sources say and what the owner confirmed. It does not promise that a third party will read those facts, or read them a particular way. It is not a rating, a review or a guarantee, and it is not legal or financial advice.
Who provides the service
The service is provided by Hoosei Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Welila. Contact hello@welila.com for anything about these terms.
The terms for launch are finalised with legal review before the first paid account.
